- Currently, Eurosys Smart Solutions. Is looking for Female Indoor Sales Support to join our team at the earliest. Our ideal candidate should be a multi-tasker, energetic, and diligent enough to handle all the basic tasks of our sales team. The candidate should be able to prepare quotations as a major responsibility of the job, client orders, proposals, submittals, invoices, delivery notes, in addition to answering phone calls, emails, customer inquiries, and following up with items delivery.
- JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing quotations
- Answering phone calls, e-mails, and customer inquiries in timely manner
- Ensuring all the client orders and proposals are done in a timely manner without delay.
- Following up on delivering Computer proficiency is also a requirement (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Email Correspondence
- Demonstrated multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and with groups
- Previous sales support experience (+2)
